Hello! My name is Karen Lee Stevens, Founder of ALL FOR ANIMALS, INC. I founded AFA in January 1997 as resource for animal lovers in Santa Barbara, California. Over time, the site has grown tremendously and we now have a great deal of information on animal testing, its alternatives and cruelty-free living.
While I was doing research for this site, I learned of the many horrors that animals endure on a continual basis; most horrific to me was the abuse that takes place in animal testing laboratories. That's why I'm dedicated to informing you about alternatives to animal testing and the personal care products companies which DO NOT engage in animal testing.
Meet the co-founder of ALL FOR ANIMALS, my beloved feline friend, Cassidy, who passed away in March, 2000.
